Whether your goal is to stay active as you age, prevent injury, or simply feel stronger and more energetic day to day, Movement for Life provides the framework and accountability to make it happen.

The program unfolds over ~12 weeks through in-person sessions or video calls, covering topics such as:

  • Establishing your goals, health history, and lifestyle context
  • Exploring the Centenarian Decathlon and beginning foundational exercise training
  • Understanding the science of exercise to train smarter and support long-term health
  • Continuing development of individualized exercise programs to build longevity and resilience
  • Optimizing nutrition and supplementation strategies for performance and recovery
  • Learning foundational nutrition science to make informed decisions independently
