Embark on your biggest adventures with a body that’s strong, capable, and fully prepared. At Current PT and Sports Performance, we offer individualized strength and conditioning programs built for thrill-seekers, weekend warriors, and endurance athletes alike. Whether you’re preparing to paddle the Grand Canyon, take on a thru-hike, chase powder on a ski trip, or crush your next race, we’ll create a personalized plan that builds the strength, endurance, mobility, and resilience you need to show up at your best.

Our training is activity-specific, targeting the unique demands of your sport so you can handle the rigors ahead, reduce injury risk, and maximize your enjoyment. Your only job? Focus on the adventure.

1. Consultation Call
We start with a video call to discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any previous injuries. This helps us understand exactly what your body needs to perform well and stay healthy.

2. Customized Training Program
Based on your goals, schedule, and available equipment, we build a personalized strength and conditioning plan designed to make you adventure-ready. Programming is updated biweekly to keep your training progressive, effective, and engaging.

3. Ongoing Coaching & Support
You’ll have monthly check-in calls plus email and messaging access for questions, feedback, and adjustments. We stay connected so your program evolves with you.

4. See Results & Succeed
With consistent coaching and a smart, structured plan, you’ll build the strength, stamina, and resilience needed to take on your big goals, confidently and injury-free.

Because meaningful strength and durability take time to develop, we require a two-month minimum commitment.
